Keep the bot your customers already know

A customer writes to your company’s Telegram bot. After the connection is validated and activated, Radman receives the conversation and your team replies from its support workspace. This is a bot integration, not access to a person’s private Telegram account or unrelated chats.

Names and identifiers have different permissions

Agents can see the customer’s display name to make the conversation understandable. Access to Telegram identifiers is separately controlled; users without that permission see masked values. Give staff the minimum access needed for their work.

A saved key is only one setup step

Create or choose a bot through Telegram’s BotFather, keep its token private, then validate and activate the connection for the correct website. A token saved successfully is not proof that inbound messages are flowing. Test a real message and the reply before announcing the bot to customers. The selected plan must include Telegram support.

A customer follows up in Telegram

A customer messages your company bot about a question they asked on the website. Reply from Radman and review the Telegram conversation history. Website and Telegram records can be linked manually when appropriate; matching names alone does not prove they are the same person.

Do I need my own Telegram bot?

Yes. Connect a bot you control using its token in the authorized integration settings. This is a bot workflow, not access to a personal Telegram account. The selected subscription must include Telegram support.

Test before sharing your bot

Send a new message to the bot, reply from an agent account and check both directions. Confirm the permitted staff can manage the integration and that unauthorized staff do not see Telegram identifiers. Use the connection guide for setup.

Can several agents answer the same support bot?

Your team handles messages from the connected company bot inside Radman rather than sharing a personal Telegram login. Conversation access and available actions follow each employee’s permissions. Test the bot with the agents who will use it and choose a plan that includes Telegram support. This page describes customer support for your business, not Telegram account recovery or Telegram’s own customer service.
